Hair Toppers

• We understand that choosing the right colour online can be tricky. For this reason, we gladly accept exchanges of unopened Gold Hair Collection Toppers within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

• Once a topper has been cut, styled, worn, or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

• Approved refunds will not include shipping or transaction fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Other Salon Products

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products that are unopened, unused, and in original condition.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

How to Request a Return

• All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our Contact Form on the website.

Warranty

• All products come with a 9-month manufacturer’s warranty.

• Warranty is valid only when using the recommended Shampoo, Conditioner, and Home Care products. With proper care, your topper can last for years.
